Feature codes (Extensions)
Feature codes are system internal numbers which route the caller to a specific phone or person. There is no limit to the number of extensions on our system.

Auto-Attendant/Menus
Using the telephone dial pad, callers enter choices and the system will route the call accordingly. Submenus are possible and allow further call routing options beyond the initially available destinations.

Dial by name
All users on the system can be reached through the dial by name directory.

Hunt group
Efficiently direct calls to departments or employee groups which have shared responsibilities. The hunting settings can be customized to route in linear or circular mode.

Time and dates
Time and date information can determine how a call gets routed. The system offers many options to handle incoming calls after hours, during holiday schedules, and during different times of the day.

Queues
Call queues manage multiple incoming calls with ease. Callers hear music while on hold.

Pattern menus
Pattern menus allow routing of calls based on callerid, and optionally, digits entered by the caller.

Mail Boxes
All users on the systems have a mail box assigned. As an added convenience, the system will forward a voicemail message to the user’s email address.

Sound files
Sound files can be uploaded and selected for music on hold, greetings, and announcements.

Active Calls
A real time view of all active calls with sorting options by call type (internal, outbound, inbound), Caller or called number.

Call History
Calls can be viewed subject to various filters (calling number, called number, time interval, etc.) and will show costs associated if applicable.

Park a call
Place an incoming call on hold and continue the call from another telephone
