Participants can use either administrator PIN, Listen-only PIN, or Talk PIN. If the maximum number of people has been reached, any callers attempting to join the conference will hear an error message and disconnect. Callers can be prompted to record their names before being placed in the conference.Conferences can be scheduled for specific time intervalls and how often the conference repeats. Voice recordings can be made and shared with participants. While most participants will call in, others can be notified by email of conference start times or even called by the system to be added to the conference which is about to begin. |
